breakfast with stunning view. good location of the hotel in areas surrounding the shower cubicles. also - close enough to all the malls and legazpi grand terminal, legazpi airport and beautiful cagsawa ruins.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The place was fairly clean, the staff was accommodating and really polite, and the location in a great area was particularly good and magnificent!

Location: the hotel was near to downtown and the airport and city center and Legazpi and surroundings. We loved the convenience of the economy quadruple room with ac.

Everything was perfect, thoroughly enjoyed our perfect 10/10 stay. The staff were caring and hospitable, gave us great tips. Its location was peaceful, near the mall, and in a great area...

The standard quadruple room has a comfortable bed, fridge, climate control, writing table, and a well-equipped bathroom with a bidet.

All the employees were affable and superfriendly.

The accommodations were really comfortable, with a private bathroom and air conditioning.

The location of this place is perfect, being close to attractions like the beautiful Cagsawa Ruins, Sumlang Lake, and the airport.

The hostel was immaculately clean. I appreciated the extras like a refrigerator and a work desk. the location was exceptionally nice, really close to beautiful Cagsawa Ruins and a festival.

The staff, including owner Sunshine, were extremely friendly and helpful. the rooms and bathrooms were always clean and well-maintained. the highlight for me was the breathtaking view of Mayon Volcano from the rooftop terrace. It was truly amazing and perfect for capturing unforgettable pictures. the location was also ideal, with malls and a canteen nearby, and attractions like Cagsawa Ruins and Sumlang Lake just a short jeepney ride away. I really appreciated the comfortable and spacious room, as well as the strong water pressure in the shower. my stay at JDL Residences was worth every penny. Thank you to Laurence, Summer, Kuya Chris, and Mar for making my stay enjoyable. I will definitely be back with more friends!

Mind-blowing view of Mt. Mayon from the rooftop! Super clean rooms and restrooms with fresh towels and blankets. Water pressure in the shower area was excellent. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hospitality was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the free breakfast on the rooftop was a delightful experience with breathtaking views. the facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The road in front of the hotel was not in good condition and prone to flooding, which affected our arrival and departure.

Amazing View - During my stay, I had the pleasure of enjoying my meals on the rooftop deck. The view of the majestic Mayon Volcano was simply breathtaking. It felt like dining with a living postcard!

Limited Backfacing Dorm - The only downside was that I stayed in a backfacing dormitory. However, this was my mistake for not requesting a room with a balcony and a spectacular view from the bed.

The rooms are comfy and clean. Great breakfast included. Stunning view of Mayon volcano from rooftop. Helpful owners. Great value for money.

I had a fantastic time at Jdl Residences! My stay was for 3 nights and I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were like family, always helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had great amenities like good internet and water. I loved the homemade breakfast and the stunning view of the Mayon volcano from the roof deck. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the bus station and the beach. a wonderful experience!
